Ok i dont know what is going on, i have been trying to lose weight and am on a strict diet but i have been gaining it is crazy.


Morning

5 egg whites

1 cup of green tea

Mid day meal

Protien Shake

lunch
Chicken Beast
Veg of some kind

pre workout

Protien Shake


Post workout

Chicken or fish with vegi of some kind


Sup.

Grean tea
Caffine
Glutamine

Something is not righ is not right i do a mim. of 1 hour and 20 min of cardio a day, plus boxing and bjj. Also lift weights and do circut training.

somthing is messed up if you could help it would be helpful

are you gaining mostly fat or muscle?
the basic answer is that you're taking in more calories than ur using

Good lord, I put your meal into fitday, and it says your eating 880 calories for the day. Way too low. Your putting your body into starvation mode eating that low of calories and doing that much exercise. Try upping your calories to something like 2500. And add some healthy fats to your diet, it will help with the weightloss.

thanks, i thought about upping my calories but i am worried if i dont get down i will have to cut major amount of weight. Anyway thanks for the advice
