This is my daily diet, and I just want to know if i'm eating enough to gain muscle. I've been lifting for a few years now and i'm 6 ft and about 88 kg-190ish pounds.

Breakfast- 2 cups of oatmeal
2 pieces of wholegrain toast

Mid morning- Protein shake mixed with milk

Lunch- 2 wholemeal sandwiches with sliced chicken breast from the deli

Mid afternoon- 2 pieces of wholemeal bread with peanut butter

Tea- Steak or chicken, potato and vegies

Followed by another protein shake a hr or 2 later

Night time snack- 4 egg omlette

Hr before bed maybe some yoghurt or baked beans.

May snack on some peanuts or cashews during the day.

Always drink at least 2 litres of water per day.

Do you think i'm eating enough?

that depends...

your bodyweight - BF% X 18 = maintenance calories

eat 500 above this for a clean bulk, 500 below for a cut.

Add up the calories of the food you eat, anything else would be a guess given that you dont give us the calories or ur stats.
