I Have A Question And It Is What To Eat Before A Workout People Have Told Me To Have A Protein Bar And Then Some Said To Have Soild Foods For A Good Protein And Carb Mix.

I personally like to have eggs before and then a protein shake after. It keeps me going the best at the gym. Also, eat approx 30mins - 1 hour before working out.

I like having a small salad with some tuna, or a piece of fruit like and Apple/Banana with a scoop of whey.

I like having a cup of oats and 2 scoops whey. Sometimes some diced apples or a banana in there tastes good too.
