I'm wanting to know if I need to eat as soon as I wake up. Most of the time I'm not hungry when I first wake up so I don't eat for a few hours. For example, I woke up at 9 this morning and it is now 2 in the afternoon. I haven't eaten anything but a few chips, and I'm not really hungry. There are times that if I try to eat a meal when I wake up in the morning, it feels like I can't keep it down. Would this have anything to do with my sleep schedule or is there anything I can do to fix it?
