Well im trying to cut down a bit and lowered my calories to about 2000. but i was wondering since ive done that should I still do cardio? is it necessary?

obviously how could it be negative if your trying to cut? ur not trying to bulk so do cardio, it will speed up the process.

Yes, DO CARDIO and cut cals, just make sure your overall cal deficit isn't too high or you'll loose muscle.

Cardio will speed up the fat loss. Do cardio in the morning fasted and after your workout.

Wrong. It doesn't matter when you do cardio.
