Not 2 bad, I would add some EFA's. Decrease protein slightly and increase carbs. Otherwise it's looking just fine bro.

I'm glad to see that another guy is finally realizing that the cutting season is made in the off season.

Agreed. I see no need for 2 grams per pound of bodyweight of protein.

Yea I agree as well...If I were you, I would lower my protein intake to about 1 gram of protein per every pound of lean body mass. and I would increase your carb intake. Carbs tend to be very protein sparing. From what I learned, when your cutting you should increase your protein intake and decrease your carbs, and the opposite is true when you are bulking. I am currently clean bulking as well and this is how my diet looks. (i am currently 162lbs): protein: 162g; Carbs: 474g; and fat: 50g.
