Ok, so i work out 3 days a week and put cardio in where i can. So my question is this, right now i want to build muscle, i know your suppose to eat 3-6 times a day when doing this but sence i can only workout 3 days should i plan my meals diffently than i would a 5 day a week plan?

Meal frequency is not important, as long as you're getting the calories you want.
