going out for it tnite. and im clean bulking. is it that unhealthy if i have chicken and broc****, brown rice, and a few spare ribs mayb? is it condiered a cheat meal if thts all i have?

yeah really....even i dont worry about the food that much, but mainly because i have a fast metabolism...but i dont eat it all the time, maybe once or twice a month, it has a ton of sodium, fats, and whatever else in it.

well im 16-18 % bf so im tryingto gain the least minimal fat possible. so yeah i am clean bulking

Your current body fat has nothing to do with it.

Because, if your going over your calories you use in the day the extra calories will be stored as fat.

Why is everyone so scared of gaining fat when they bulk? it makes no sense. people want to gain 10-20 pounds in a few months without gaining any fat?? only drugs can do that. and what's the big problem with gaining fat? worried you'll look bad?
