Horrible.

Lol that about sums it up, but I'll give you my suggestions

Your trying and I give you props for that but you got a ways to go;

- My guess is that you just picked that diet w/o keeping in mind how many carbs/pro/fat you need to lose weight

Just by your age, ht, wt I would shoot for around 2300 cal
40/30/30 = 920/690/690 = **230/172/76**

230 total carbs / 172 total protien / 76 total fat ---- All in Grams ----

**Keep in mind I do not know your current body comp or stats to be able to correctly give you the info you need, however you should be able to use this as some sort of a starting point.**

Now what to do with all this great knowledge???

-You need to incorperate more whole foods in your diet!
-Where is your Breakfest Carb, and more Fat
-Skip the jello and string cheese
-Add a Carb to Lunch
-How long in between PWO Shake and diner? Within 1-2 hrs I hope
-Chesse and postachios is not considered a snack

I would look into more whole foods like I said above. Start with what you know and work from there, there is world of information at your fingertips, look up good food choices, and learn about the info in this message.

Good luck!

You should not be on this type of diet at you age when you are still developing. Try a more conventional 40/40/20 or 33/33/33 ratio split. Focus on getting lean protein, healhty fat, and unrefined carbs.

I do agree that the anabolic diet is a bad idea.

Try a more conventional 40/40/20 or 33/33/33 ratio split.

Why those ratios or any ratios for that matter?

I'm having great results with anabolic, but your eating far too little fat, and not even very much protein.

I've gained 8 lbs of lean mass sense my avi in the 6 weeks sense XC ended. Eating low carb on week days and low fat on weekends lol which is basically the anabolic diet.

Those ratios are some of the more commen effective weight loss routes you can take. Slow and steady wins the race. Read up on some at the website I posted.
