Meal 1 (625 cals)
1/2 Cup of Oats (150 cals)
12 Oz. of Skim Milk (135 cals)
1 Banana (120 cals)
1 Tsp. of Cinnamon (10 cals)
2 Tbsp. of Natural Peanut Butter (210 cals)

That would be very good. Couple ideas though, go with the banana, and freeze it over the night. Also, throw in a couple ice cubes and you're good to go!
