Is it right that vitamin c does help in losing weight "liquid flushing" and prevents losing muscle mass? Whether yes or no,, how much should i aim for on daily basis?

Im not sure if it assists in fat loss, but great for the immune system and preventing colds.

There is actually no evidence that vitamin C prevents or helps cure colds. Don't get me wrong...you need it for MANY things....but cold prevention may not be one of them.

Well, it is winter in here! and I think vitamin C does aid in preventing cold but how much should I consume on daily basis? and what is the best time to consume it?
