When I was working out a lot with BMX stuff, I got these really weird cravings.

One of which was:

2 pieces of toasted Wheat bread
Peanut butter, the creamy stuff, one one side of both pieces.
"Sunny Side Up" egg. (I believe that's what it's called with the yolk still drippy.

Throw it all together and you have a delicious breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack.

I ate this at least twice a day everyday and my legs and arms got HUGE.

Of course I worked out a lot, but it was delicious and I thought I'd share something that worked for me.
