View Full Version : Bulking Diet Help!

Ok i am trying to construct a bulking diet but i am having trouble finding enough carbs w/o overloading on protein.

I am also having a hard time finding enough Fat because i am trying to keep a clean diet.

I am only keeping a clean diet because from what i have read just because i am bulking does not mean i can eat pizza and cookies and ice cream, etc.

Anyways if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

ok i am clearly an ectomorph but i don't really want to bulk dirty - i would rather do a regular bulk -- but i still lack any Carbs that i can consume w/o overloading on protein and i still need to find fat and more fat

Use oil in your shakes, Udo's blend oil, smartchoice oil etc.. even olive oil! i find that the easiest way to add fat if you wanna keep it clean, it's pretty much all omega 3's and 6's

Olive oil. Sometimes I drink it straight, up to 1/2 cup at a time.
