Been on and off for ages, gained a bit of body fat and I mainly want to lose fat over the next 2 - 3 months. Also want to maintain the muscle I have and maybe get a wee bit bigger.

My first diet plan is this

Breakfast (6.00AM): Oatmeal (cooked in water) with a banana. protein shake with water

Meal 2 (9.00AM): Can of tuna with wholemeal bread and beetroot, and mayo. (2 slices of bread)

Meal 3 (12.00PM: 2 slices wholemeal bread with chicken breast slices and mayo and beetroot

Meal 4 (2.30PM) : Protein shake + fruit

Meal 5 (5.45PM) : Dinner, probably a chicken stir fry with veges and brown rice.

Meal 6: (8.30PM) Snack, probably fruit .. most likely no protein.

Thanks in advance

You need more fats IMO. Add some nuts or some whole eggs

That sounds good, are roasted salted cashew nuts ok?

Thanks for reply :)

Cashews are fine. No problem and good luck with your goals.

Almonds, PB, flax, fish oil, olive oil are all solid choices as well

in addition to adding healthy fats (don't forget that salmon can be GREAT source), i suggest that you re-think your last meal. Just a load of carbs before bed is not the best plan for fat loss. I would rather have all protein and no carbs (and especially when those carbs are simple ones like from fruit) before bed. Cottage cheese is a favorite on this website for your last meal, because it is a casein protein which is slower digesting during sleep.
