View Full Version : Hi, can someone critique my diet?

I've been cutting for 1 week now, I got rid of around 4lbs of water weight currently at 141.5lb after doing like 30 min of cardio. I usually dont drink the Monster(I drink a protein shake with peanut butter) but here is today's meal. Usually it's everyday diet as well. I'm eating chicken lunch and dinner I would like to mix it up with others but I am not sure what's really good.

Meal 1:
Oatmeal (160cal 30gcarb)
Meal 2:
12 Romainian Salad (45cal 1gfat 6gcarb 2gprotein)
8oz Chicken Breast (260cal 3gfat 52gprotein)
Meal 3:
1 tsp Peanut Butter (90cal 8gfat 3gcarb 3gprotein)
1 Shake (120cal 3gcarb 24gprotein)
Meal 4:
12 Romainian Salad (45cal 1gfat 6gcarb 2gprotein)
8oz Chicken Breast (260cal 3gfat 52gprotein)
Meal 5:
8oz Chicken Breast (260cal 3gfat 52gprotein)
Monster Energy drink (200cal 52gcarb)
total - 1440 (100carb 19fat 187protein)

I normally don't eat that last 8oz Chicken and monster, I replace it with a shake and peanut butter. Is there any suggestions for the lunch meal or anything in nature. I run the 7 days and 1 cheat meal approach. I'm learning as I go. :D

Cals seem to low IMO. Even for your weight.. Anyways, your breakfast should be bigger. Take out the monster at meal 5 and replace it with the lo-carb monster. with those extra 200 cals eat some eggs(whole or whites) in the morning. Hope this helps.

not near enough calories. Get rid of the last meal and add some protein to breakfast and carbs througout the day. Then make one of your protein shakes at night and anoter during te day.
