Hi all...below is a copy of a bulking diet i have put together an would like to know your opinions. i have been on it for the past 6 weeks and have put on some weight but i'm starting to notice a bit of fat around my waist.
I'm currently 5'11 202lbs and about 16%bf (rough estimate).
trying to reach around 220lbs without putting on too much fat.

07.00 2 scoops whey
1 bowl oatmeal
2 slc wholegrain toast
2 vit C
1 Chromium picolinate
1 fish oil
1 milk thistle
1 centrum
1 tsp glutamine


09.30 1 bowl oatmeal
2 slc wholegrain bread
2 whole eggs or 2 scoops weight gain (when available)
1 banana
1 0% fat yogurt
1 pt semi-skimmed milk

13.00 1 chicken breast
1 baked potatoe
1 portion veg
1 banana
1 0% fat yogurt
2 scoops whey

16.30 2 scoops whey/2 scoops weight gain (when availble)

19.00 (pre w/o) pre workout supp

21.00 (post w/o) post workout supp/2 scoops whey
6 prolab aminos
8 HMB
1 tsp glutamine
1 tsp creatine

21.30 1 chicken breast
1 baked potatoe
1 portion veg
1 pt semi skimmed milk

23.00 (b4 bed) 2 scoops casein
3 zma

GET SOME CARBS IN
