I am wondering what is the best cycle I can take for my goals and what stack would serve me best. I weight is 205lbs. and i want to get to 220lbs. but remain solid. I also want to do it safely and don't know the amounts to take. Basically any advise on a good cycle that i'll be able to keep most of my gains

The cycle of life...

rest > eat > lift > work > play > sex > rest > repeat

If you want to gain 15lbs. EAT MORE for Christ's sake.

Are you talking PH/AAS cycle? Or just a supplement stack. What is your diet like? Calorie Intake?

I'm eating like 6 times a day including a weight gainer called "true mass" in between the solid meals. I'm eating like 3,700 calories a day.

What kind of calories are you getting in? Are you eating just to eat or do you have a macro break down of what you eat?

Without having done much research yet, and Idk if you want to get into ph/aas, but safer things YOU should research should be like jungle warfare, mass fx/hyperdrol. And keep up the diet. 6 meals a day with a couple gainers is great. A couple years ago I didn't want to try a ph, so I ordered a bottle of jungle warfare and I liked what I got. Since then, I've read alot of posts saying it's just nettle root and all this crap, but whatever. I liked it for a good boost to break through body weight and lifting plateaus.
