Alright, so I have frozen chickin breasts and the package says they have roughly 23g of protein for a 4oz breast. My question is about how many will it have after it's been cooked? Cuz i dont eat it raw (shocker).
Thanks.

You didn't know that when you cook things, all the protein evaporates?

I've heard that microwaves fry 90% of the nutrients/protein, so now I just put anything in the oven...from top ramen to protein pizzas, always comes out perfect.

LOL @ 'I heard......'

If I were you I'd start listening to people who know what they are talking about.

I also heard that radio waves fry 90% of our brains, which is why I live in poverty in the middle of Greenland. Oh, wait, that was just the dream I had, nevermind.

Depends upon how you cook or grill it. Anywhere between 0 grams and 23 grams.

I remember a poster way back who was tellin everyone to not eat eggs anymore cause steroids are composed of cholesterol and eggs (whole eggs) have cholesterol, Therefore, Eggs Must be the same as steroids.....

I really don't understand how some minds can make these connections and still manage to survive in the world.

Just remember 1oz = 7g protein for chicken and red meat.

hmmmm raw chicked = disease and so dose coocked chicken or any animal for that. yes the protein coagulates when heated so your body dose not utilize it properly anyway. I havn`t eaten any meat of any kind for about 3 months and i am still gaining lean muscle mass and losing body fat. just remember when you are eating that raw chicken you are also eating it waste products that is still in the flesh. That tasty beef steak well the flavour is uric acid so enjoy :[
