Okay, so I didn't know what section to post this in, but for the most part all my "Nutrition" homies are the ones I value opinion most of.

If it needs to be moved, thats cool.

Anyways, I was getting tired of the music I work out to on my IPod and wanted some new tunes to fuel my fire in the gym.

So what are some of your favorite songs to listen to while lifting?

Mine are:

Wait and Bleed - Slipknot
Droppin Plates - Disturbed
Click Click Boom - Saliva

etc

Yeah, Rise Against is sick, especially the lyric in Drones that says, "If Strength were born from heartbreak, then mountains I can move."

Someone on these boards has that in their sig.

btw, Rise Against's new CD is out. fyi

Speaking of Rise Against, I'm actually going on Monday to see them with Thrice / Alkaline Trio. Aside from that though, my workout play list is mainly made up of...

All That Remains (Chiron, This Calling, Undone, Not Alone, etc.)
August Burns Red
Atreyu
Sea of Treachery
Kalmah
Rise Against
This is Hell

Some random songs thrown in there by Metallica, Thrice, Comeback Kid, old Bush, Bayside etc.

I have access to a gym here after it closes. They have a surround sound stereo system hooked up all over the gym. I can turn it onto anything, blast it as loud as I want. I usually turn it onto a rap station here because they will do mixtapes at 8, and I work out right at 8.

Surround sound, be jealous.
