I have some people that tell me your body can only use up to 30g of protein at a time...is this true?? Ive looked it up and some sites say yes, while others say no.

How long should you wait before eating another meal? I usually just eat whenever Im hungry.

theres way to many factors to determine how much you can absorb. id keep eating when your hungry and make sure you hit your macros. too easy

Well with the way my class schedule is, Im done with class at 4 and I usually eat something. I workout at 5 and take a protein shake 10 minutes before I workout. Im just wondering if thats too much protein in a short amount of time

well how big is the meal at 5 and how long was it since you last ate before hat meal. you realy dont need to make it too complicated. i personaly wouldnt drink a shake 10 mins before a workout. i eat an hour b4.

I usually eat a sandwich or something that has at least 15-20 grams of protein. Then about an hour later Ill drink a shake thats about 30 grams of protein.

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but how exactly do you know if your hitting your macros??

how do you know if your hitting your macros? the easiest way i know of is to use caloriecount.about.com or another calorie counting site. you enter all your food that you ate that day and it calculates the macros for you.

I'm a natural fatty and I work foods into my diet that are easy to get too many cals of. I have to track, this is easy for me.

dude; there are so many studies still going on about amino acid metabolism...nobody has any clear cut answers yet on this.
