My bodyfat is 12 right now and I'm 197lbs, if I want to get down to 8 or 9 how much weight should I expect to lose, I play wide receiver college footballa nd I dont want to lose too much weight, but I can put it back on if I do have to loose alot

1% of 197lbs is 1.97lbs. If you want to get to 8% you need to lose 7.88lbs of pure fat.

You'll likely lose more than that though (water etc.).

Well I dont want to go any lower than 185, so would it be possible to reach 9% at above that weight???

You can gain weight via muscle while decreasing bodyfat

Lift heavy to increase the muscle mass

Increase Cardio & watch the Diet to decrease the body fat

ok problem is I cant lift right now due to a sprained wrist, I am doing alot of lower body though and whatever I can manage to do.. It hurts for me to even hold a 20lb dumbbell right now..

Sprained wrist is only temporary.

Get in some cardio and clean up the diet.
