... and I dont get food until 1.5 hours later.

Is my workout completely time-wasting, and muscles mass melt?

Wow. You ate before right? Worrying about is probably causing more harm. I think you'll live to train again. Too late now anyway.

It does matter but its not the end of the world if you forget every now and then. Its a good time to get in protein and carbs. Pre/during and post training. But you're not going to loose a kg if you forget once.

Pre-workout meal was 2 hours before training.
1 hour training.
So, last time I ate was 3-4 hours ago.

One missed shake isn't going to make you turn into a fat muscle-less man, I think you'll be alright.
