Hello everyone new to all this but here it goes!

Been at the bulkup for the last two weeks an plan to carry on until i look like a bulldog ! so here goes my thing

So far.. ive put on 3.5Kgs in two weeks

Stats.. 22 years old, im 5 foot 2.. and weighd in 44 kilograms... i know i know im really short an skinny.. or was ;) now weight 47.5 !

Right my current diet

Breakfast
Weight Gainer Shake and 3 slices toast
(olive oil couple spoons)

Mid Morning Shake
5 Eggs, 2 Yellows
Whole Milk
3 Pieces fruit (Varied banana, apple, pear)
2 Cubes chocolate (for flavour) Sometimes weight gainer or whey.
(olive oil couple spoons)

I also put two hand fulls of oats in every shake (if anyone could tel me this is usefull let me know as i never heard this in shakes but do anyway)
Creatine (when on bulk or pre workout)

Lunch
Try and eat whatever my parents have cooked an as much as possible

Afternoon
Another shake with them things above

Dinner
Try and eat whatever my parents have cooked an as much as possible

Then sometimes after dinner try have sum cashew nuts or other forms of nuts, also try eat them during the day.

Now can someone tell me if im heading the right way??

I do smoke a fair bit, an cut down to just 1-2 cups a tea a day (british dark tea).. and i dont really work out a lot.. i try but get bored after like half hour..

Gained really fast these first two weeks, but now just seem to proper slow down.. average workout a week, id say hour an a half? maybe two on first week

(remeber im only in end of second week)

So if anyone could give me sum tips an that would really appreciate it!!
Especially about the porridge oats mixed into the shakes !!??

Another was the whey, just bought two tubs, should i not bother addin that with the shakes (since they contain eggs) and have them like in the morning or like before bed or whatever (so like another shake)

Let me know lads as these whey things cost me a bomb !!

You smoke and don't workout. You take weight gainer shakes. What in the blue fuk do you expect to happen with this diet?

well i dont work out much, an smoke er 10-12 cigarets a day so not a lot lot kinda thing.. workout about 1.5 2 hours a week.. usually 30-45 minute workouts

It doesnt really matter how much you smoke whether its 1 a day or 100 a day your still not gonna be as athletic as you can be.
