Clean bulking right now. I need to cruise at this body fat until my next contest prep. Ok here it is:

Meal one: 8:00am

2 cups brown rice
2 scoops of whey


Meal two: 10:00am
8 oz of 93:7 Lean Beef
1 cups of Green Beans
2 cups brown rice


Meal three: 1:00
2 oz almonds
2 scoops of whey


Meal 4: 3:00
8 oz of 93:7 Lean Beef
4 oz sweet Potato
1 cup brown rice

WORKOUT 4:30-5:15

Meal 5: 5:30
10 oz chicken breast
2 scoops of vitargo
1 scoop of whey


Meal 6:
10 oz lean beef
3 cups brown rice
Greens


Before bed:
2 scoops whey
2 tablespoons natty PB

carb: 566
Protein: 497
Total Calories: 5684 (says them, i think a bit less on the macros)\

I do expect a bit of fat gain, but my body process food very fast. Anyways, comments are welcome thank you.

Looks good man, could add sum flax seed oil in sum shakes if you dont feel like eating all that at times. Anyway, good luck.

are you just frying the lean beef? and are you marinating with anything, or is it just plain rice and beef?

When you measure out your rice, its 1/2 cup or a cup cooked right. Just making sure.

you could probably do better with less protein and more carbs

too much fat imho

try 650gr carbs + 450gr protein + 60gr fat about 5000 calories

Maybe add in some eziakial french toast once in a while or something for the flavor, plus it's still clean. Maybe a bannana 2.

holy **** that's alot of rice bro, you're going to get sick of it within a few weeks. Especially having Rice first thing in the morning, haha that's hardcore. Is there something about Oats or Pasta you don't like it?

I will probably change the carbs out as I go for ezielkel bread, and whole wheat pasta. I love rice though. I eat it every day as it is. Im a weird person lol. Also i dont merinate my beef, I do put small amount of onion spice on it.
