View Full Version : Ideas: On-the-go meals?

So a couple of weeks ago I started a medical program full time plus I'm working part time. Basically I start my days around 7am & end around 9pm if I'm lucky. I find that planning meals is very difficult & therefore not always possible. Also I don't always stay the night in the same place. Depends on studying & where I need to commute. It's nice having that option of staying in town, but hard to have meals prepared at both locations.

So my question to you guys is do any of you have suggestions or meal ideas for a girl who has a busy unstable schedule? Such as prepackaged (I know frowned upon, but if that is what it takes this Semester...) or non-refrigerated items or really anything else that is quick & can travel.

Please keep in mind that I would rather spend what little free time I have studying or just not in the kitchen.

Thank you in advance!

Sandwiches and salads.

Keep it simple :)

Chili. The right one will provide great macros. Add some frozen veggies, nuke it and you have a complete meal.
