Does it really matter? If you enjoyed your meal, that's all that counts.

I think it's about 40grams per 2-3 hrs. So was it wasted? Depends on how good it tasted.

All of it is absorbed, but only a part of it is used for muscle, and that varies on body composition, weight, whether you recently exercised, etc... generally I say 50 is the max for one meal.

it depends on a lot of factors but thats a little much but also, ya if you enjoyed yourself then your fine

at least it came from whole foods instead of whey, you will at least get more benefit of 105g whole foods protein than 105g whey
