Hey I was just wondering.

I am like, terribly nutritioned. I am 5'1 (yes, aware of being a manlet even in manlet standards), 120 but I have like a really fast metabolism that basically means I never really gain any weight ever.

Though all I ever eat is like stuff from outside (read: fast food).

I was wondering if there are anysort of like, a guideline of maybe a diet I could follow that would help me gain weight which in turn = helps me gain muscle and not look like a pube in the gym.

Eat a healthy variety of good foods (fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, dairy, fish/seafood, whole grains/ wholegrain products, legumes, nuts, seeds), in non-stupid amounts, and in balance with a moderate amount of the treaty stuff (as required/ desired).

Make sure you eat a good meal before you weight train.
Make sure you eat a good meal after you weight train.

Wait for a few weeks.
If you are not gaining muscle - eat more.
If you are gaining too quickly - eat less.

It really need not be more complex than that.
