Is it better to take creatine before or after a workout? I currently take a Pro Complex protein shake after my workout that contains 60g of protein. I have read that you should take creatine before your workout to raise ATP levels for more energy, and i have heard you should take it after to repair your muscles faster. I have also heard of some people take 2.5g before and 2.5g after their workout. I use Body Tech 100% Pure Monohydrate Creatine (5 grams per serving). Thank you for your help!

I split my creatine up to get some before and after my workouts to get both benefits.

haha.... at least you avoid first pass metabolism that way.
