I am 16 turning 17 in 2009
iv'e done protein and moved on to creatine and have been taking it for a while with resonable results and want to try this supplement called Fast Grow Anabolic out, only problem is it is not recomended for u18s. I weigh 78kg, am in good shape, and have been gyming for just over 2 and a half years and before then did lifesaving, waterpolo and rugby...so i have a good foundation to build on.

tbh it wont help you more than the basics would

it looks like a protein and creatine supp with some other stuff that wont do too much and they put the word anabolic on it basically lols

usn's a good co but this is bs -just get protein and some bulk mono mate

if u want something hardcore look in to mass fx/ activate extreme

edit: just saw your age maybe wait another yr or so then look in to the products i said

A good protein, creatine and a multivit can replace that.

At your age, you definitely don't require any Test Boosters.

Damn... wish I was your age when I started lifting :)
