well ive been so damn hungry today ( so yesterday ), i ate my breakfast(700 cals here), then a pretty good snack around 80 carbs and a good amount of protein, Then i ate my lunch ( 8 oz Chicken breast, some spinach and 2-3 slices ww toast )
i went to the gym to lift weights, i drunk the whey with 2 tsp oats ( post gym i walk arround 2-3 miles then i jogg arround 10 min.. went back to my home and ate 2 toast sandwich with Turkey slices ( low carb bread .. arround 36 carbs there ) Then I went to Kickboxing Training .. i just came back and ate 100 Grm rice Uncooked ( dont know after being cooked.. a bowl anyways ) 1 canned tuna, 1 turkey sandwich, 1 toast bread apart with almost a cup of cottage cheese
Im drinking water as well.. almost 2 gallons so the water is not the solution .. is not in my mind.. im hungry ;d

the calories may not be that much but i dont know, i feel i was eating the whole day ( Clean food for sure ).. what if im still that hungry everyday? time to starve a bit my body?

If you are hungry, eat. Do not starve yourself. Even if you are dieting, one day won't make or break you, just eat.

some days I need my oats. I'll sit down and eat 3 or four cups of oats in an hour. the weird thing is that it doesn't really fill me up. I still want to eat after I have it. Maybe it will work for you, there are tons of ways to make oatmeal awesome.

If you're bulking just go for it and eat, but for those dieting healthy fats can really help to control appetite/cravings.

that may be a reason, i ate just arround 2 tbsp Olive oil yesterday all day.. + the fat of the food wich is not that high and healthy tho
