What's the best type of Vitamin C product to get? Ester-C? W/ rose hips or flavanoids?

Um, just plain Vit C.

Its water soluble so take it throughout the day w/ meals.

If you are just looking for vitamin-c then any would do. I know that NOW foods makes quality stuff.

NOW is great for about everything, or your local Walmart will even suffice man. Get the cheapest you can find if you think you really really need it.

Ok, thanks for the replies. Didn't know if Ester-C or something like that was just a gimmick or if it was actually worth it.

This is what I use

Vitamin C (as Advan-C mineral ascorbate complex) 500 mg
Calcium (as Advan-C mineral ascorbate and calcium threonate) 50 mg
Citrus Bioflavoniods 200 mg

If you feel you need it for your immune system hit up walmart and get the cheapest source with the rose hips. If you don't get sick often, don't waste your money.
