Are there any good meals I can get going with just a microwave? What are they, I'm looking to bulk (not too dirty or too clean)

what about those frozen foods like, healthy choice, lean cruisen, stuff like that, are those ok?

You can cook anything in the microwave

things like meat get rubbery, though.

Hey try putting a whole egg in the microwave, with the shell. haha jk, unless you like cleaning :).

Most things are fine in the microwave- fish and veggies work especially great. Meat gets pretty chewy though.
