been trying to lose weight for about 3 months now, i went from 210 to 194, 31% BF to 25 ish and im getting pretty sick of eatin low calories. should i just bulk up right now?

i want to at least have muscle and then cut down the BF%

opinions needed!!

With that weight and that BF% i would guess that you dont have whole lot of muscle. If i were you i would just try and gain some muscle. Other wise you're just going to be skinny fat.

eat at maintenance, do cardio everyday and lift hard

Tired of eating low-cal?

What diet are you using? I need to stuff myself to get enough cals - eating 50% protein-30% carbs-20% fat turns out to be a hell of a lot of food!

What's the cals you have been aiming at and what's your macro profile look like?

If you are tired of eating low-cal it probably means you don't feel full most of the time. Hence, I suggest keto. I have done it, and while I had a lower energy level, it keeps you full (due to all the fats you can eat!). It was also the best way for me to lose weight. Once I introduced carbs back, I haven't lost an ounce on 2000 cals a day. You need to know your body. Try keto.
