View Full Version : What do i eat? Ramadan is coming so, time to cut? help

Hey All.

Ramadan is starting pretty soon so im thinking its a good time to cut. I will basically be waking up at like 4:30 and then not eating again until sunset which is like 7pm. So my question is what do i eat during the morning to keep me going? Also, whats the best way to get cutting.

Help guys.

Ramadan is a Muslim practice...

It's when you fast (not eat) between sunrise and sunset. So yeah, i will be eating before sunrise and then after sunset. What do i eat at these times?

No joke.

I recommend:
Denny's Meat Scramble Platter for breakfast. (~1300kcal)
2-3 Big Macs w/ Fries for dinner. (~500kcal each Big Mac)
Should be able to hit 3k depending on how many Big Macs you can shove down, plus whatever you drink with your meals.

That ought to get you through the day/night AND help you put on some pounds while sticking to your 2 meal/day thing.
:P
