Hey this is my meal plan. Any suggestions or criticism? Thanks! :)

Meal 1

Banana (90 Calories, 23g carb), 8 Egg Whites (240 Calories, 48g protein)

TOTAL: 320 Calories, 23g Carb, 48g Protein


Meal 2

30g Protein Shake (150 Calories, 2g fat, 30g protein) , 12 oz. Orange Juice (168 Calories, 39 carb)

TOTAL: 318 Calories, 42g Carb, 30g Protein, 2g Fat


Meal 3

20 oz. Gatorade (130 Calories, 35g carb) , 1 Banana (90 Calories, 23g carb) , 54g Protein Shake (280 Calories, 4g fat, 6g carb, 54g protein)

TOTAL: 500 Calories, 64g Carb, 54g Protein, 6g Carb


Meal 4

12 oz. Chicken Breast (390 Calories, 81g protein, 3g fat) , 1 Cup Brown Rice (218 Calories, 2g fat, 46g carb, 5g protein) , 2 Servings Broccoli (100 Calories, 20g carb, 7g protein)

TOTAL: 608 Calories, 66g Carb, 93g Protein, 5g Fat


Meal 5

12 oz. Chicken Breast (390 Calories, 81g protein, 3g fat) , 2 Servings Spinach (14 Calories, 2g carb, 2g protein) , 1 Peach (68 Calories, 17g carb, 2g protein)

TOTAL: 472 Calories, 85g Protein, 19g Carb, 3g Fat

Meal 6

Cereal (200 Calories, 3g fat, 36g carb, 9g protein) , Yogurt (100 Calories, 2g fat, 5g protein)

TOTAL: 300 Calories, 36g Carb, 14g Protein, 5g Fat


DAILY TOTAL: 2518 CALORIES
250 CARBOHYDRATES
324 PROTEIN
21 FAT

IMHO too much protein. 324 is definitely excessive in my opinion. I'm not saying its unhealthy or anything, but I think theres a point where you exceed needs. Most people recommend 1/1.5 g/lbm I'd drop some of ur protein and raise your carbs personally.

realy? sorry i didnt put my stats in. i'm 6' 2" and i weigh 220.

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? I wouldn't drink the gatorade or orange juice. Instead, eat some real fruit. Also, you need some more fats in there like olive oil, natural peanut butter, nuts... I would drop some protein and add some healthy fats later in the day.

Ok, your calorie total looks good but I would still drop some protein and add some healthy fats. If this doesn't work, try lowering the carbs.
