if you get them on wheat bread would this be considered a very clean meal? Something that you could eat daily? No mayo or cheese of course.

Yeah of course its fine.

Get double meat, and it will have an even more favourable P/C balance

Yeah I take it back - 6 inch is 24P, 6F, 40C, so P/C ratio is fine (double meat - add 15P), and yeah only get double meat as poster said if six inch or of course really hungry

I got 4 footlongs and 3 salads (everything has double meat) for $1.25 :D

i sometimes get myself a 6" double turkey with mustard and Olive oil, wash it down with a water and with some apples., yumm

Subway is fast food. I wouldn't consider it clean in the slightest but I also wouldn't care because it's tasty and there's one steps from my gym so it's awesome for a quick post-workout/pre-work meal.

WOW wtf? That much s*it in a patty/strips? And I always thought they were just plain old Chicken breast. I'm never going to Subway, EVER again.
