Hey guys
for about 6 months ive been bulking and im wondering if what im eating is enough, here what i eat usially in a day

Breakfast:
6 egg whites, 2 yolk
2 scoop protein powder
1 bannana
1 cup of oats
2 tablespoons of olive oil
ALL OF ABOVE IN A SHAKE

Vitamins:
Isatori Metacel
Male rejuvinator (herbs made by natropath)
Zinc
Chromium
Mens multivita

Meal 2:
about 200g of lean chicken with tomatos
brown rice
Sweet potato
broccoli

Inbetween meals:
couple handful of almonds

Meal 3:
Same as meal 2, but with a protein shake

Meal 4:
6 egg, 2 yolk scrambled eggs with onion and capsicum, cooked in olive oil

Vitamins:
Male rejuvinator
Zinc
Chromium

Meal 5:
Vegitables (carrot, brocccoli, sweet potato)
Protein shake
2 tbsp Olive oil
Lean cut of steak

Meal 6:
half a tub of Cottage cheese

Pre/post training:
Pre:
Isatori Metacel
Endura
Isatori MORPH

Post:
2 bannanas
Protein shake
Isatori Metacel

1.5 hours later
Chicken, Veggies and Brown rice


Should i be eating more or less? or give me tips on what To eat and when
for the record i train about 3-5 times a week so i need lots of food

PS: I am gaining weight, but i dont know if eating more will give me bigger gains that what is already occuring
