Is it good to use pre and post workout. I know about it's affects for post workout but will it also give you energy when you take it before lifting?

depends on the type of protein your taking and what carbs are in it. i would use a slower digesting carb pre workout. gatorade is best post workout like you said. i wouldnt bother using it pre workout

You can use it peri. Put one scoop of On Whey in there.

im just trying to get some more carbs in about 30 min before workout and i usually stick with a banana or some fruit, just want to try something else
