ive been getting sick for the past week now and i cant figure out whats been making me sick, ive tried not using various things but nothing helps. ive been having alot of diarrhea and stomach pains. most noticeably after taking protein shakes.

here is my stack:

on whey protein

nlarge weight gainer

orange triad

green mag

on salmon oil

does anyone notice any thing wrong that might be causing this?

i think i might be lactose but i wasnt at first when i started working out, if it is the protein are there any other options for protein shakes?

edit: and if i wuz would i still have the stomach pains and diarrhea a couple of hours later or only immediatlly after?

there are a lot of protein shakes that have zero lactose. american whey is zero lactose and an awesome protein. i have given it to my cousin who is very lactose (diarrhea after chocolate) and had no problems what so ever.

try to have it with something like bread. my friend got sick from regular ON whey and switched to pro complex, had great success with it

can we have more background on when your problems started? did you start this stack all at the same time or start with one thing then slowly add more? if you added more, which supp do you think you started getting sick after?

ok well my best guess is probably the protein powder and that maybe you've become lactose.

Probably true....but especially with ON, it gives me GI trouble when other ISO/Concentrate blends don't.
OP, you can look into a 100% ISO whey protein.

Research soy and estrogen before you consider switching to soy...you will probably decide not to use soy.

I doubt that the salmon oil is the problem.
