First of all I've never used a supplement before (other than basic multi-vitamins) and I'm not really a bodybuilder or a real athlete.

I'm looking for a simple supplement to delay muscle fatigue in high rep situations or even cardio. I rather not take something with a lot of different things in it, I just want a basic powder to make shakes with. What would be best?

I'd look into bcaa's / eaa's, beta alanine, and creatine. Basically I'd get a bcaa product that contains beta alanine like SAN's bcaa-5000 or core nutritionals core abc. Then I would get a good bulk creatine monohydrate like Prolab's.

Purple wraath(bcaa) really helped me, honestly suprised how something could work like this. Scivation's xtend is suppose to be good as well. Creatine doesn't hurt, but I have no experience with a straight beta analine product.

you need a supplement that contains beta alanine!

since u just want just beta alanine and nothing else, check into intaXcell by AEN (capsule) or bulk beta alanine powder by Supplement Direct

Purple Wraath is just what the doctor ordered.

Of course all of this is irrelevant if your diet is to bad to support lifting.

I agree with many above:

1-Beta Alanine
2-BCAA's
3-Creatine

All quite valuable.

Thanks for your support! Citrulline Malate might also be a good addition if your budget can handle it. You should be able to get a bulk veriety for around 25.00 for 250g
