Is there a natural laxative that you can take at night and then make you clear your intestines in the morning losing about 4-5lbs??

Ill be taking this on a thursday night and then not drinking anything all day friday because I have weigh ins on friday from 5-8. After that I will be rehydrating and eating every few hours. This won't effect me on sat. morning will it?

it could very well effect you. might want to practice it ahead of time to see HOW you are effected.

You should be fine. I would give yourself atleast 36 hours between when you take the stuff and your match just to be safe. It should clean you out fairly well thurs night through friday morning.

I might or might not try that. It would be very embarrasing for something to happen at the tourney

Grape juice has as much fiber as prune juice and taste's much better. Raisins always made me crap when I ate a ton of them. You can also take fiber supplementation but it's not going to make you lose 4-5lbs over night. That comes from water weight being lost, not clearing your intestines.

Drink about a quart of Aloe Vera juice 2 days before and a day before. Helped when I had to make wright for wrestling. Taking psylum husk fiber during the week will help, but not too close to the weigh-in, you might still have some in your intestines adding a few ounces. Prune juice works as well.

Maybe try a prune juice/aloe vera juice cocktail 2 days, and 1 day before weigh-in. Stay off red meats for about 3-4 days. Chicken and fish should be o.k.

Lick Patrick Arnolds sig used to say, "an empty colon is a happy colon".

I used to regularly drop over 20 lbs every week for wrestling. Nothing beats a rubber suit, while skipping rope in a sauna though. Spitting in a cup is useless.

Pedialite, gatorade and chocolate milk are good rehydrators after a weigh-in.

You'll crap your freaking guts out lol! make sure to do it a couple days in advance tho.

Here in Chicago we just go eat about 10 sliders from white castle then try going to bed... This usually does the trick..:)

The concept behind prune juice is not about fiber. Its about Potassium.

u should test run it before going al out before a match

that way, u can control the timing and not have "to go" when in the middle of a fight... something that cleans me out hardcore is magnesium, and high doses of it. ZMA makes me pee out of my butt :(

Super Pump 250! Makes me lose about 5 pounds of liquid out my rear within a few hours of consumption! ha ha

a fat serving of beans helps. it has to be a big serving though otherwise i get absolutely no effect.


p.s. when i used green mag and superpump 250, i had a daily cleanser post workout ROFL
