I'm going to workout in the morning can I make my preworkout meal my first meal then after that my postworkout meal. but do I have to space that out 2 to 3 hours later from my first meal or can I eat it as soon as I get home.

When I workout in the morning I wake up, eat, wait about an hour or until my stomach settled, and then go lift. That way I can take my post workout at the right time and not eat too much within a certain time.

I"m trying to cut btw. I'm around 200 pounds with about 11% body fat.

How about this:

Meal 1 (9am)
Preworkout Meal
1 scoop whey protein
1 banana

workout

Meal 2(12pm)
post workout meal
2 scoop whey protein
sports drink

then 2 hours later

Meal 3 (2pm)
5 hardboiled eggs (1 whole egg 4 whites)
1 whole wheat English muffin
almonds

Meal 4(5pm) [Dinner]
Boneless skinless chicken (fish, steak etc)
2 slices of whole-wheat bread
banana
some sort of vegetable

meal 5 (7pm)
1 scoop whey protein
almonds
yogurt

meal 6 (10pm)
1 tbsp peanut butter
cottage cheese

Any help would be good.
