New to the BB forum. Had a couple of questions:

1) If you do not take in enough protein, how does your body allocate the protein it is given to rebuild muscle if several different muscles need to be rebuilt?

2) Does the body give preference in rebuilding one type of muscle(s) over another?

Thanks!

1.I think you would eventually hit a plateau(sp?) and the protein your body is given would just go straight to either a reserve or being used as energy to burn.(im not 100% sure about that, so dont take what i said to vein)
2.I would imagine that your body would aim to rebuild the muscles that were recently used the most more than the others.
