Any good recipes? Looking for something like a good protein pudding recipe. I am a fan of penut butter. pumpkin, chocolate. Would a pudding made of no salt cottage cheese and pumpkin, choc. protein, and PB be good. Or would it be better with a sugar free pudding base rather than cottage cheese?

Beverly Ultimate Muscle Protein + Hot Water = a very, very tasty pudding!

You can most likely use other protein powders but that's the only one I've tried to make pudding with (I love Beverly but they tend to be a bit more expensive).

You could also make protein pancakes, though these of course take a bit more work.

Search the forums though, there have been a few good recipes posted.

Every night I have:

1 FF plain yogurt (slow protein)
1 TBSP non-alkaline cocoa powder (20 cals, 2 carbs, .5 fat & 10x the ORAC of blueberries)
1 scoop maintenance chocolate or vanilla maintenace protein
1 stevia pack (200x sweeter than sugar & 0 GI impact)
1/4 cup granola

Mix everything but the granola in a shallow bowl & put in the coldest part of your freezer. In about 45 minutes remove, mix in granola & return to fridge for 5 minutes. Voila, instant Nestle Crunch frozen yogurt!

My favorite, it's alot of work, but the most delicious thing ever.
1 square unsweetened baking chocolate
1/4 cup pb
1/4 TSP Baking Powder
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (doesn't really matter what kind)
1 egg
water

Melt the chocolate and PB together, mix thoroughly.
Add both powders and the egg with enough water to make a batter.
Pour into a bowl and microwave for three minutes.

It is like a chocolate peanut butter cakegasm.
