I have been taking my Ragnarok 1 hour after my breakfast shake and 30-45 mins before workout and have felt really nothing different except a nauseous feeling in my stomach. I talked to my bro today who is into bodybuilding and he says creatine is to be taken after workout for better recovery. So why does the Ragnarok bottle says to take before??? Am I missing something?

when u take it is a moot point... taking it consistently is what matters most

at your weight, you only need 1 serving a day

Use the product as directed on the bottle. I think the guys at MS are a little more advanced than your "bro".

How long have you been on i t? And what did you expect to "feel?"

creatine can be taken anytime of the day. Ragnarok is a PreWO booster so you take it PreWO. If you havent noticed any benefits then what is your training and diet like? Usually theres non-responders but in the case with a product such as Ragnarok that conatins so many great ingredients, its very slim to not react to any of them.

I've been taking it for about a week, I eat a very clean 1500 cals a day, I am currently doing the CHA diet. I work out 4 days a weeks with weights and cardio 5 days a week. I expect only what I have heard other say it does for them such as increased stamina, strength and focus. Honestly I feel the same with it or without.

u need to lessen ur cardio and increase your calories!!!!

1500 calories is breakfast when i am bulking!!!!!

at 125 lbs you should not be cutting, you need mass to be able to show off for when you DO cut!

Just a weird yuck feeling like I ate something that really didnt settle its weird to describe. As far as cutting I was 104 lbs of skinny fat and recently put on about 20 lbs while working out so I have already some good muscle underneath what seems to be a million layers of fat and at 5'2 125 lbs is just not working for me, I am looking to lean out and get around 110-113 lbs. I just really need something to give me a boost of energy and make muscle muilding a little quicker/easier. Thats why I started the creatine. Thanks guys for all your help.
