Meal 1
1 anabolic pump 15 minutes prior
80g grits, 2 slices fat free cheese
1.5 cups egg whites
1 cup blueberries or 1 banana
40g protein, 75g carbs, 0 fat

(pre/during workout: 4-6 scoops Xtend/1 scoop Primal EAA - pre: 3 RPM)
WORKOUT

Meal 2
2 scoops whey, 5g creatine mono
2 scoops carb slam
1 cup blueberries or 1 Banana
40g protein, 75g carbs, 0g fat

Meal 3
1 anabolic pump 15 minutes prior
4 oz chicken or 4 oz steak or 6 oz shrimp or 5oz tilapia or 1.5 scoops whey or 1 can tuna
12 oz sweet potato or 10 oz brown rice or 100g oatmeal
35g protein, 60g carbs, 5-10g fat

Meal 4
4 oz chicken or 4 oz steak or 6 oz shrimp or 5oz tilapia or 1.5 scoops whey or 1 can tuna
12 oz sweet potato or 10 oz brown rice or 100g oatmeal
1/2 can green beans
2 fish oil, 1 CLA, 1 sesamin
35g protein, 60g carbs, 5-10g fat

Meal 5
4 oz chicken or 4 oz steak or 6 oz shrimp or 5oz tilapia or 1.5 scoops whey or 1 can tuna
12 oz sweet potato or 10 oz brown rice or 100g oatmeal
1/2 can green beans
2 fish oil, 1 CLA, 1 sesamin
35g protein, 60g carbs, 5-10g fat

Meal 6
1 anabolic pump prior
1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup ezekiel cereal
or
1 scoop whey, 1 cup skim milk, 100g oatmeal
2 fish oil, 1 CLA, 1 sesamin; 3 ZMA prior to bed
35g protein, 60g carbs, 5-10g fat

~225g protein, 400g carbs, 50g fat

is their a question you had? or do you just want general feedback?

looks pretty good only thing i would say that you could change is up fats a lil bit, you have about 15 percent fats, it would be a good idea to up it to 20
