I want to stick to lean foods to cut but I cant stand bland chicken. I want to use Shake'n Bake to add flavor to my chicken but want to make sure Im not taking in something I shouldnt. Obviously I'll cut the fat off the chicken breast, coat the chicken in SnB without batter and bake it (not fried).

I can't believe that you're 31 years old and are asking this.

If you cannot read the label and the ingredients and then decide for yourself, I don't know what to tell you other than the obvious that it adds 100 calories - basically all from a crumby carb source.
