I do carb cycling. So every 3-4 nights I'll eat carb dense foods.

ive eaten 2 cups of oats made into oatmeal pre bed, boxes of various cereal, etc etc 100g+ and it hasnt done anything

Before I started lifting, I would knock out about half a box of cereal (Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, etc.) right before going to bed, and I was never fat.

This guy called Scoch skinnyfat. Scoch was 5'9" 115. Just b/c the dude w/ the manequin lashed out doesn't make further gone than Nutridense, because on observation of his post history, I don't think you'll come to that conclusion.

That Motivated guy was way worse haha! Thanks for reminding me.

My only problem with this guy is that he doesn't get the fact that he's annoying as hell.

But yeah, there are far worse...

Oh btw, I mentioned you today when I was recommending keto to someone trying to cut, lol. "This guy got to 4%."

Usually about 45-60 minutes before bed...I work out early in the morning wake up at 5:45, eat and workout begins around 7-7:30

I eat the greatest amount of carbs of the day right before bed. Not really planned that way, but that's how it works out for me.

I eat the greatest amount of calories befor ebed...actually between 8pm and 2am post training whenever I wake I eat cause Im so busy during the day...prob. 2K cals.
