I'm cutting, trying to aim for 40-30-30 (Carbs-Protein-Fat). I fear my carbs are too high, fats too low.

Rep for feedback.
(Also, I have one more meal to go)

Calories are way too low, regardless of the macros.

Yep.

Should I get some healthy fats, like salmon oil or something?

Why not just get some salmon? PB is good too. You could replace some carbs with salmon/PB to increase the protein/fat ratios and decrease the carb ratio.

Any other healthy fats?

I like both peanut butter and salmon, but I fear getting sick of them both after a while.
