I'm on a serious track for weight loss. Im tired of hating myself in the mirror.

I hear cardio and diet (duh) are the best ways to burn calories and cut fat. my only problem is I can run. I can't run due to having my leg destroyed in the Military a few months back... I am still able to walk, but can't stand or run without EXTREME pain. any advise on cardio that is somewhat...eyh, not so much on killing my leg?

all advise appreciated. I thought about using Clen, but apparently i'm "to fat for that" i'm around 22% BF present time. Its a bit complicated to excersize with one strong leg, but I still manage to weight lift 5 days a week, but only for toning "fat loss" purposes....

help please

1) Thanks for fighting for us.
2) Look up HIIT. It works best for me on a stationary bicycle.

hiit= high intensity interval training. Search for more info on it, its effectiveness is debated.

Have you tried swimming? I can jog and skip rope all day long, but swimming kills me. I love it. Good on the joints as well.

HIIT is similar to 60:30's for running I reckon

walk a minute, sprint 30 seconds, continue on...

Pretty much yeah, I like it on a bicycle however.

You can take any exercise and make a HIIT session out of it too. Pick a good full body exercise like Clean and Press. Use a weight you can do for a minute straight. Clean and Press for a minute, rest 30 sec, repeat. There's a HIIT workout that burns fat, promotes muscle mass, and will make your endurance go through the roof.

You might as well swim and bike alot, running is great, but there are plenty of other things you can do besides it.
